Excellent Preparation for the Certification Test April 15, 2010 Rob Cupples (Hilliard, Oh United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Yesterday I passed the Microsoft Certification exam for Access 2007 (77-605). I got a 733 and needed a 660 to pass. It was the second time I took the test. Looking back this was the only book I needed. Origionally I worked through each chapter and then at least one problem at the end. Then I purchased some practice tests off the internet from uCertify and they were worthless.
Looking back all I needed to do was go through this book a 2nd if not 3rd time and I would have passed the certification exam the first time.
Easy to understand MS Access textbook July 2, 2010 Paty This is, so far, the best manual for learning a MicroSoft product I have encountered. Highly recommended!
Excellent Resource January 30, 2009 Scott Vantrease (Gustavus, Alaska United States) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book is very comprehensive. It takes you step by step through every process of Access and by the end of the first chapter you are making databases. Very detailed but even a novice can use this book to learn more about Office 2007.

Clear Step-by-step tutorials June 26, 2009 S. Martin (Kansas) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Using this book for an online course; I think all the steps in the tutorials are very clearly explained, lots of screen shots are very helpful, no complaints so far. I am very pleased with this style of self-learning offered through this book and accompanying files (downloaded)
